Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

Every pelvis, like every woman, is unique, so the first step to treatment is an exam. From there, we’ll craft a treatment program that works for you and your goals. In addition to general education about your body and pelvis, treatments can include breathing techniques, working with your bowels and bladder habits, exercise programs, and postural therapy.
